Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Source leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring targets are met.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to draft professional emails and proposals.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Good follow-up skills to ensure timely responses and actions.
Computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
