Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Source leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring targets are met.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to draft professional emails and proposals.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Good follow-up skills to ensure timely responses and actions.

  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
