  • 2 to 15 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing, preferably in plastic products

Job Description: As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, identifying and addressing manufacturing defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

  • Conduct quality inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address defects and non-conformities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions

  • Ensure compliance with QA system standards such as ISO/IATF, TPM, 1S-2S, etc.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

  • Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive measures

  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications

  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions

  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of plastic moulding processes and molding defects

  • Familiarity with QA system standards such as ISO/IATF, TPM, 1S-2S, etc.

  • Leadership qualities and self-motivation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ISO/IATF standards is an advantage
