Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who will be a key driver in managing end-to-end HR functions — from recruitment to payroll, from employee engagement to audits. Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Training & Development initiatives across all departments.

• Manage full-cycle Recruitment & Selection processes.

• Handle Payroll Management, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.

• Ensure adherence to all Legal Compliance requirements including PF, ESIC, and labor laws.

• Oversee Employee Entry and Exit Formalities including onboarding and offboarding.

• Develop and maintain Compensation and Benefits structures.

• Conduct Employee Engagement Activities to enhance workplace culture.

• Prepare and manage IATF / QMS Audits in HR departments.

• Manage daily Administrative Activities efficiently.

• Formulate, update, and enforce HR Policies.

• Actively manage Employee Relations to maintain a positive work environment.

• Oversee Employee Performance Management Systems.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategies.

• Proficiency in Payroll Handling, including PF and ESIC Compliance.

• Solid experience in Quality Management Systems and Audit Handling.

• Deep understanding of HR Policies and their practical implementation.

Special Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with IATF / QMS Audits.

• Strong command over Recruitment, Payroll & Legal Compliance processes.

• Ability to independently manage Administrative Activities.

• Capability to frame and enforce HR Policies from scratch when needed.
