Position Overview

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing process. From vendor audits to final product trials, the role requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to confidently handle in-house quality issues.

Experience

• Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome

Qualifications 

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor audits to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards

• Handle in-house quality issues with confidence and clarity

• Perform quality trials of machines to validate performance

• Execute inward quality checks for all incoming components

• Manage in-process quality control across departments (Programming, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electrical – Panel & Field Wiring)

• Carry out final quality checks, including trials of finished goods and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills with a confident, fearless approach

• Expert in engineering drawings reading

• Proficient in GD&T symbols

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation

Special Requirements

• Experience with quality documentation as per ISO 9001-2000 standards

• Proven ability to conduct machine quality trials

• Ability to ensure compliance across all quality processes
