Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team in order processing, customer coordination, and internal communication while maintaining sales records and supporting business growth.

Qualifications:
Graduate in Business/Commerce or related field

Experience:
1–2 years in sales coordination or related roles, preferably in manufacturing/trading environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and process customer orders

• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and follow-ups

• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases

• Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution

• Support sales managers with presentations and reports

• Handle client communication professionally and resolve basic queries

• Monitor sales performance and share updates with management

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines

• Professional handling of client communication

• Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
