Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in accounting within a trading or manufacturing environment.

Position Overview:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, preparing GST returns, and maintaining accurate stock reports. This role requires strong proficiency in Tally, hands-on experience in sales/purchase accounting, and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP, including sales, purchases, and expenses.

• Perform GST calculations and assist in filing monthly/quarterly returns.

• Prepare and maintain inward/outward stock reports.

• Create, verify, and record sales and purchase invoices.

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ledgers.

• Support management in preparing financial summaries and reports.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP.

• Strong understanding of GST, invoicing, and stock management.

• Accuracy in accounting entries and documentation.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

Special Parameters:

• Hands-on experience with Tally and GST calculations.

• Proficient in sales and purchase accounting.

• Ability to manage stock entries and reporting independently.

• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.
