📌 Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring smooth departmental coordination, and fostering a culture of mass production for precision parts. The role demands strong leadership, ownership of PPC & SQCDP, and an ability to align plant operations with organizational goals.

🎓 Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical/Operations)

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) candidates with strong experience may also apply

🧑‍💼 Experience

• 5–10 years in Engineering Industries (Automobile / Precision Parts Manufacturing)

• Proven track record in managing large teams and production operations

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build and promote a mass production culture to achieve large-scale manufacturing of precision products

• Take complete ownership of PPC & SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People)

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency

• Act as a strong and effective interface between plant personnel and management

• Ensure smooth departmental coordination and overall operational excellence

🛠️ Skills Required

• Strong communication skills, particularly in Marathi

• Knowledge of product costing and Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate across departments

• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills

📌 Special Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a team of at least 25 people

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems preferred

• Expertise in managing overall departmental coordination

• Knowledge of product costing and BOM will be an added advantage
