Position Overview:
We are seeking a target-driven Team Leader/Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, strong team leadership abilities, and a passion for health and wellness. The role involves outbound calling, home visit coordination, performance tracking, and achieving team and individual targets.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate

  • Experience in Direct Sales / Team Handling / Wellness or Healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives and ensure daily outbound calls are made to assigned leads

  • Plan and supervise home visits for personalized health product counseling

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Assist team members with client handling and the closure of sales

  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and sales reporting

  • Maintain CRM records, field reports, and ensure data accuracy

  • Provide constructive feedback and motivate the team to perform

  • Personally engage in sales activities to set examples for the team

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and persuasion ability

  • Experience in direct sales, the health & wellness industry preferred

  • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; Basic English is essential

  • Ability to connect with customers on a personal level and guide the team in doing so

  • CRM handling, reporting, and field sales operations knowledge

Special Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in leading a sales team

  • Daily outbound calls and local travel for home visits required

  • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; Basic English communication is necessary

  • A smartphone is mandatory for CRM and daily tracking

  • Candidates with a natural storytelling and people-centric approach will be preferred
