Position Overview:
We are looking for a Store Executive to manage inventory, stock, and store operations. The role requires experience in monitoring stock, preparing purchase orders, handling raw materials, and maintaining accurate records using Tally and MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in any stream
2–3 years of experience in store/inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels.
Conduct monthly stock-taking and reconciliation.
Manage raw material follow-ups and maintain accurate stock records.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of fixturing and tooling will be an advantage.
Special Parameters:
Must have hands-on experience with inventory monitoring (daily/weekly/monthly).
Proficiency in Tally and P.O. preparation is mandatory.
Prepare invoices, Purchase Orders (P.O.), and other store documents.
Ensure proper handling of tools, fixtures, and materials.
Maintain coordination with production and purchase teams.
