Experience:

• 2 to 15 years of experience in plastic moulding production

Job Description: As a Production Manager of plastic moulding, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plastic moulding production process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient operation of injection moulding processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

• Manage and supervise the plastic moulding production process, including mould loading, setup, and operation

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and implement best practices such as TPM, 1S-2S methodologies

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery targets

• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and quality standards

• Train and develop team members on injection moulding processes and safety procedures

• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement process improvements

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production department

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in injection moulding processes

• Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and quality management systems

• Leadership qualities and self-motivation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ISO/IATF standards is an advantage
