Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, and highly organized Academic Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is not just administrative—it's a powerful blend of academic counseling, sales, and student relationship management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between education and execution—helping students choose the right learning path while ensuring institutional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (preferably with experience or certification in Education, Counseling, or IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct cold calls and regular follow-ups with prospective students and clients

  • Assess local education market trends, opportunities, and competition

  • Promote company’s products/services and convert leads into enrollments

  • Coordinate academic planning and support activities

  • Act as a bridge between the academic and sales teams

  • Support students post-enrollment to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and clients

  • Monitor and propose actions to improve sales conversions and student satisfaction
