As a Sales Manager in Baramati, you will be a key driver of growth and success for our client's car dealership. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree or an MBA in Marketing, with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve growth and exceed revenue targets
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business success
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads and foster a high-performance sales environment
Conduct fieldwork and ensure effective team management
Utilize proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Hold a valid 4-wheeler driving license and demonstrate strong driving skills

Qualifications and Experience:

Any Graduate/MBA in Marketing
