Position Overview:

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day store and inventory operations, including raw material handling, inward and outward entries, stock updates, and documentation. This role plays a key part in maintaining material availability, record accuracy, and coordination with production and purchase teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Under Graduate

• Fresher or candidate with prior store or inventory experience

• Basic computer knowledge with exposure to Tally preferred

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing store environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end‑to‑end ownership of store and inventory record maintenance

• Handle inward and outward material entries with proper documentation

• Manage raw material storage, issue, and stock movement systematically

• Update stock records using Tally and computer systems

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with production and purchase teams for material movement

• Ensure process adherence, store discipline, and organized material storage

• Maintain accurate records, registers, and supporting documents

• Support audits and internal checks related to store and inventory operations

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Tally and basic computer operations

• Understanding of inventory management and stock control

• Ability to handle raw material storage, issue, and documentation

• Strong skills in record keeping and data updating

• Good coordination ability with internal manufacturing teams

Special Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge preferred

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Discipline in store operations and documentation practices
