Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising daily operations in the Plastic Injection Moulding Department. This role ensures smooth workflow, high-quality production output, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in injection moulding processes and strong team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the plastic injection moulding department.

• Ensure machines operate efficiently and maintain optimal performance.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure targets and deadlines are met.

• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production-related issues.

• Maintain accurate daily production reports and documentation.

• Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment.

• Assist in training and guiding operators and technical staff.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding Machines, tools, and materials.

• Experience in plastic moulding production processes.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot production and machine issues effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production data.

Special Parameters:

• Proven experience in the plastic moulding industry.

• Strong technical understanding of injection moulding machines.

• Knowledge of tools, dies, and raw materials used in moulding operations.
