Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement effectively in a manufacturing setup.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR/Personnel Management.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, engineers, and senior positions.

• Build relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, and job portals.

• Manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Develop and maintain a candidate database for current and future hiring needs.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

• Support HR operations (attendance, joining formalities, documentation).

• Represent the company in campus drives and career fairs.

Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines.
