The company is currently seeking an experienced Factory Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and ensure smooth accounting operations at the factory level.

Position Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Factory Accountant who will handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities at the plant. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime, GST compliance, and day-to-day financial management. Attention to detail and the ability to independently manage accounts are crucial for this role.

Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries including purchase bills, sales invoices, bank payments/receipts, and expenses

• Handle journal vouchers, finalization of accounts, and reconciliation tasks

• Operate and manage accounting data using Tally Prime

• Ensure timely GST filing through the GST portal

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely documentation and reporting

• Manage statutory compliance including ESIC, PF, and other factory-related financial norms

• Prepare and maintain financial reports as required by the management

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime

• Good command over Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of email communication and online GST portal

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Ability to manage complete accounting independently at factory level

Special Requirements:

• Candidate must own a two-wheeler for commuting

• Should be comfortable working in a factory environment and managing plant-level accounts independently
