Position Overview:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with GST and financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle billing and reconciliation independently.
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com
Experience:
1–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in trading or manufacturing firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records in Tally ERP.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Handle billing, purchase orders (POs), and vendor payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
Support in GST filing and maintain related documentation.
Monitor and maintain inventory and stock records.
Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of sales, purchase, and inventory management.
Good communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Special Requirements:
Must have practical experience in Tally ERP.
Should be familiar with GST calculation and accounting entries.
Ability to handle billing, reconciliation, and documentation independently.
