Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining healthy customer relationships, handling inquiries, running engagement campaigns, and supporting the sales & marketing team. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage CRM tools effectively.
Qualifications:
Graduate – BBA / Marketing / Commerce
Experience:
0–2 years (Experience with CRM tools preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Run customer engagement campaigns via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing teams for smooth communication.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Maintain and update the customer database in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Track customer interactions and maintain records for review.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Special Requirements:
Must have experience or familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho / Salesforce.
Graduate in BBA / Marketing / Commerce.
Strong MS Office skills and customer handling ability.
