Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets for team members

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

  • Hold a valid 4-wheeler driving license and demonstrate strong driving skills
    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is an advantage

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is essential

  • Fieldwork enthusiast with a valid 4-wheeler driving license
