As an HR Coordinator at SR Primes, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training, employee entry-exit formalities, and promoting excellent communication and teamwork within the organization. Your role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining our valuable team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best-fit talent.

- Coordinate and conduct pre-employment background checks and reference checks.

- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

2. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs.

- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

- Encourage and support employee development and career growth.

3. Employee Entry-Exit Formalities:

- Administer and manage the entire onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and IT setup.

- Ensure that exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation, are executed smoothly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as required.

- Handle immigration and work permit requirements for international employees, if applicable.

4. Fluent English Communication:

- Foster a culture of effective communication throughout the organization.

- Provide language training and support to employees as needed.

- Maintain a keen eye for written and spoken English proficiency during recruitment and employee evaluations.

5. Good Team Coordination Skills:

- Collaborate with various teams to meet HR-related needs and objectives.

- Promote a positive work environment and facilitate team-building activities.

- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues to maintain a harmonious workplace.


- Bachelor's degree or post-graduation degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR roles focusing on recruitment, training, and employee management.

- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.

- Strong organizational and team coordination abilities.
