  • 2+ years of experience in HR and Administration roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

  • Train and mentor new recruiters to ensure they understand company policies, best practices and recruiting work according to our SOP.

  • Develop strategies to retain employees and improve employee satisfaction.

  • Follow up with candidates & managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Communicate effectively with management at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Draft and distribute job postings on various job portals to attract qualified candidates.

  • Manage the distribution of leads to recruiters and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong recruitment skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.

  • Experience in training and mentoring new team members.

  • Fluent English communication and drafting skills.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and HR software.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Special Parameters:

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes and strategies.

  • Experience in training and developing new recruiters.

  • Fluent English communication and drafting skills.

  • Ability to post vacancies on job portals effectively.
