MBA in HR or any Graduate

2+ years of experience in HR and Administration roles

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Train and mentor new recruiters to ensure they understand company policies, best practices and recruiting work according to our SOP.
Develop strategies to retain employees and improve employee satisfaction.
Follow up with candidates & managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with management at all levels, both internally and externally.
Draft and distribute job postings on various job portals to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the distribution of leads to recruiters and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong recruitment skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Experience in training and mentoring new team members.
Fluent English communication and drafting skills.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and HR software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
