Experience:

• 4 to 15 years of relevant experience in accounting

Job Description: As a Senior Officer Account, you will be responsible for overseeing various activities within the accounting department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, assisting with balance sheet finalization, and providing support for financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and initiatives

• Participate in audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings

• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Prior experience with balance sheet finalization preferred
