We are seeking a seasoned HR & Admin Manager with a comprehensive background in human resources, administration, and accounting. This position is based in Waluj, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar, with a competitive salary range of ₹30,000 to ₹50,000. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a strong skill set in HR management, payroll, legal compliances, and overall accounting.

Special Parameters:

  • Proficiency in payroll and HR compliance, including PF and ESIC

  • Strong accounting skills, including audit processes and tax regulations

  • Experience in coordinating with Chartered Accountants for financial and legal matters

  • Solid understanding of legal and HR compliance

  • Capability in handling administrative tasks and government office interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with audit, GST, and TAX regulations.

  • Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for legal and tax-related matters.

  • Ensure all legal and HR compliances are met, maintaining smooth operations within the organization.

  • Handle administrative activities, including interactions with government offices and ensuring the organization meets all statutory obligations.
