Qualifications:

• CIPET/B.Tech Polymer/B.Sc/DME/BE

Experience:

• 4 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic products

Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor / Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the production activities during your shift. You will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including mould loading, setup, and operation

• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Train and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the shift, including quality issues, equipment malfunctions, and staffing shortages

• Communicate effectively with other shift supervisors, production managers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, shift summaries, and quality inspections

• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production team members

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of injection moulding processes

• Leadership qualities and self-motivation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ISO/IATF standards is an advantage
