5. Maintain of Employee work Discipline & disciplinary action as per Office

orders/Circulars & company rules.

6. Compliance & maintaining of statutory requirements.

7. Responsible for Attendance/ Pay Roll /Statutory Compliances & Recruitment.

8. Attention & Co-ordination towards of legal cases with legal cell / HO of company.

9. Attending Infrastructure Audit.

10. Co-ordination with Locations & Noting of feedback under Admin & HR matters.

11. Compliance & maintain of records.

12. Communication / liaison work with Local Authorities.

13. Execution of agreement for Stationery, Housekeeping & Security requirement.
