We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Relationship Executive Cum Business Development Executive to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.


  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional. Proactively communicate with clients, address concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.

  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. Actively source leads, conduct negotiations, and secure agreements.

  3. Candidate Representation: Effectively communicate candidate profiles and qualifications to clients, highlighting their suitability for open positions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  4. Follow-up and Coordination: Maintain meticulous follow-up with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful placement and onboarding.

  5. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms to expand our client base.

  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


  • MBA or any relevant graduate degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Proficient in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
